BEFORE YOU STEP ON THE MAT.

Still have a question?

Do I need experience to start?

No. Beginners are welcome. Foundations classes cover the core skills, and a free intro gives you a chance to meet a coach and find the right class.

I already train. Where do I fit?

The all-level NoGi classes combine structured instruction and live application. For competition practice or a restricted session, contact the academy first. Sunday competition practice does not accept drop-ins.

What should I bring?

Wear fitted athletic clothing without zippers or pockets. A rash guard and shorts are ideal. Bring water, and please park on the street.

Do I need to get in shape first?

No. You can build fitness through training and work at an appropriate pace. Let your coach know about your experience and goals.

How much is the first class?

Your first class is free. The intro booking is one hour. Ask the academy about current membership options after your visit.

SEE YOU
